A heart health check is a checkup performed to estimate your risk factors to have heart attack or stroke in the next five years. Don’t worry, you don’t need to run on a treadmill or have surgical procedure.
It involves having your blood pressure checked, cholesterol, sugar level, and understanding your medical, family history, your lifestyle, weight, food intake, whether you smoke or drink alcohol, and if you are maintaining a healthy weight.
