It involves having your blood pressure checked, cholesterol, sugar level, and understanding your medical, family history, your life style, weight, food intake, whether you smoke or drink alcohol, and if you are maintaining a healthy weight.

We will estimate your risk by putting this information into a calculator, and we will let you know if you are at low, moderate, or high risk of having a heart attack or stoke in the in the next five years.
