How do I pay for my prescription?

You’re able to pay for your prescription with regular payment methods, including cash, credit or debit. If you have insurance coverage through your employer or other means, it’s also good to bring this information with you so that the pharmacist can take that into account when totaling your bill.

What do I need to pick up my prescription?

It’s always a good idea to bring your health card as well as any health insurance that you may have outside of OHIP to pick up your prescription. Your pharmacist will advise if your health card is not needed, however it is always best practice to have it on you whenever dealing with health-related services.

Can I use more than one of your services at a time?

Yes, we’re happy to provide a wide range of services, all of which we can be tailored to meet your specific needs. If you’re looking for Meds-Check and Smoking Cessation or RX Refills and diabetes consultation, we’re happy to work with you on both of these topics to create a holistic solution.

Is it difficult to transfer my Rx?

We at Liberty Market Pharmacy like to make things as easy as possible for our patients, and that starts with the initial Rx Transfer. We’re set up to quickly and seamlessly transfer your Rx to our pharmacy, so that you can avoid the hassle and start using our online Rx Refill service.

I lost my Health Card. What do I do?

It can sometimes happen by unfortunate circumstances that your health card is lost or stolen. If this is the case, you can call the INFOline at 1-866-532-3161 from within Ontario, or 1-800-387-5559 outside of Ontario. Photo-ID cards will be replaced right away, however you will need to re-apply if you have a red and white one.

Do I need an appointment to see the pharmacist?

If you are looking for a prescription refill, then there is no need to book an appointment. However, if you’re looking to speak to a pharmacist about any of our specialized services, it is best to book ahead in order to avoid long waits and allow your pharmacist to prepare for your meeting.

Are there long wait lines?

We do everything we can to ensure short wait times, because we value your time as much as you do. Through our online Rx-Refill forms, we eliminate the need for patients to wait for these processes to be completed in the pharmacy by having them prepared when the patient arrives.

Where can I direct basic questions about my health?

Our team has extensive experience and knowledge about your health, and are happy to answer any questions you may have. They also will have recommendations depending on what your question is, and will be able to refer you to the right practice for your needs.

How do I refill my Rx online?

Refilling your prescription online has never been easier. Simply click on the RX-REFILL tab at the top of this website and continue to complete the form on that page. If you have any difficulties, feel free to call our pharmacy to have someone walk you through it for the first time, however we’ve tried to make it as user-friendly as possible.

Where are you located and what are your hours of operation?

Although parking can be found around the building, we’re conveniently located near Exhibition GO station, and also easily accessible by other means of public transportation. In order to best serve you, we’re open 9am – 7pm from Monday to Friday, 10am – 2pm on Saturdays and closed Sundays.
